Q: What are my delivery options?

• UK Standard Delivery (2-4 business days): £3.99 for orders under £20. Free on orders £20 and up.
• UK Express Delivery (1-3 business days): £5.99
• EU Delivery (2-11 business days): £14.99
• Rest of the world (3-17 business days): £23.99

Note: We use Royal Mail for delivery. Industrial Action/Strikes may affect the above delivery times. Any industrial action/strikes outside the UK for non-UK orders may also affect your delivery times.

Q: Can I amend my order?

We understand that sometimes, after placing an order, you may want to make a change. Whether it’s adjusting the size, color, or even swapping an item, we’re here to help! The good news is that you absolutely can amend your order before it has been dispatched.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that it won’t be possible to make any amendments. We encourage you to double-check your order before finalizing it to ensure everything is just as you want it.

Q: Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items for different products, but we are happy to help with exchanging for different sizes or color options based on availability.

Q: What is the last order to get it before Christmas 2025?

Express Delivery: Order before December 22nd to receive your order in-time for Christmas.

All other delivery options order before December 20th to receive in-time for Christmas.
